Ca commence souvent comme \u00e7a. Au d\u00e9tour d\u2019une discussion un peu s\u00e9rieuse, un peu tardive, on pose une question \u00e0 ChatGPT.<\/p>\n
Une vraie question. Pas \u201cdonne-moi une d\u00e9finition\u201d, non. Une question qui gratte. Une question personnelle. Et puis, en lisant la r\u00e9ponse, un l\u00e9ger doute s\u2019installe. Attends\u2026 il a un avis, l\u00e0, non ? Pas un avis tranch\u00e9, pas une opinion militante. Mais quelque chose qui ressemble \u00e0 une prise de position. Une nuance. Un \u201c\u00e7a d\u00e9pend\u201d, soigneusement formul\u00e9. Et tr\u00e8s vite, on se surprend \u00e0 se demander :<\/p>\n

Est-ce que ChatGPT pense quelque chose ?<\/li>\n
Est-ce qu\u2019il a une opinion, m\u00eame cach\u00e9e ?<\/li>\n
Ou est-ce qu\u2019on projette, encore une fois ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
La question para\u00eet simple. Elle ne l\u2019est pas du tout.<\/p>\n

Quand une r\u00e9ponse ressemble trop \u00e0 un avis.<\/h2>\n
Dans la vie quotidienne, on reconna\u00eet assez vite un avis. Quelqu\u2019un qui dit : \u201cMoi, je pense que\u2026\u201d<\/i>, \u201c\u00c0 mon sens\u2026\u201d<\/i>, \u201cJe ne suis pas d\u2019accord\u2026\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n
ChatGPT, lui, ne parle pas comme \u00e7a. Il ne s\u2019\u00e9nerve pas, ne tranche pas brutalement, ne dit jamais \u201ctu as tort\u201d. Et pourtant\u2026 il oriente. Il contextualise. Il relativise. Il hi\u00e9rarchise parfois.<\/p>\n
Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que le trouble s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n
Parce que dans nos \u00e9changes humains, nuancer, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 prendre position. Dire \u201cil existe plusieurs points de vue\u201d, c\u2019est souvent une mani\u00e8re \u00e9l\u00e9gante de dire lequel nous semble le plus raisonnable.<\/p>\n
Alors quand ChatGPT fait pareil, notre cerveau fait le raccourci :<\/p>\n
S\u2019il nuance comme nous, c\u2019est qu\u2019il pense comme nous.<\/i><\/p>\n

S\u2019il r\u00e9pond calmement et avec assurance, c\u2019est qu\u2019il sait mieux que nous.<\/i><\/p>\n
Le miroir discret de nos propres biais<\/h2>\n
Ce qu\u2019on oublie souvent, c\u2019est que ChatGPT ne parle jamais dans le vide. Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une question formul\u00e9e par un humain, avec ses mots, ses pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9s, son angle.<\/p>\n
Autrement dita question contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 une orientation ton sugg\u00e8re d\u00e9j\u00e0 une attente le contexte influence la r\u00e9ponse<\/p>\n
Quand on demande :<\/p>\n
\u201cTu ne trouves pas que l\u2019IA devient inqui\u00e9tante ?\u201d<\/p>\n
On n\u2019attend pas une fiche technique. On attend une validation, ou au minimum une discussion dans ce cadre-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n
Et ChatGPT fait exactement ce qu\u2019on lui demande : il s\u2019inscrit dans le champ de la question. Il explore. Il \u00e9quilibre. Il reformule. Il \u00e9claire.<\/p>\n
Mais ce n\u2019est pas un avis personnel. C\u2019est un travail de langage.<\/p>\n
Pourquoi on a tant envie qu\u2019il ait un avis<\/h2>\n
La v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c\u2019est que l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019une IA puisse avoir un avis nous rassure presque.<\/p>\n

Un avis, c\u2019est humain.<\/li>\n
Un avis, \u00e7a veut dire qu\u2019il y a quelqu\u2019un \u201cen face\u201d.<\/li>\n
Un avis, \u00e7a permet de d\u00e9battre, de contredire, de s\u2019appuyer dessus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Et surtout, un avis, \u00e7a nous d\u00e9charge un peu. Si l\u2019IA \u201cpense\u201d quelque chose, alors peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019elle peut aussi porter une part de responsabilit\u00e9. Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019on peut lui faire confiance. Ou lui en vouloir.<\/p>\n
Mais une IA sans avis, c\u2019est inconfortable. Parce que \u00e7a nous renvoie \u00e0 une id\u00e9e plus d\u00e9rangeante : elle ne fait que refl\u00e9ter nos propres raisonnements, en mieux formul\u00e9.<\/p>\n

ChatGPT produit surtout la troisi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie. Mais comme elle est fluide, nuanc\u00e9e, bien \u00e9crite\u2026 on la lit comme une prise de position.<\/p>\n
C\u2019est un peu comme un tr\u00e8s bon r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de d\u00e9bat : il donne l\u2019impression d\u2019un point de vue, alors qu\u2019il expose des points de vue.<\/p>\n
Et plus le sujet est sensible \u2014 \u00e9thique, psychologie, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2014 plus cette impression est forte.<\/p>\n
Le vrai danger n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on croit<\/p>\n
Le vrai risque n\u2019est pas que ChatGPT ait un avis. Le vrai risque, c\u2019est qu\u2019on lui en pr\u00eate un.<\/p>\n

Et \u00e0 quel moment une machine bien entra\u00een\u00e9e devient-elle, \u00e0 nos yeux, un interlocuteur ?<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>Il n\u2019y a pas de r\u00e9ponse d\u00e9finitive. Juste une zone floue, tr\u00e8s humaine, entre langage, projection et besoin de dialogue.

Je vais \u00eatre clair : je n\u2019ai pas d\u2019avis personnel. Je ne ressens ni pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, ni conviction, ni intuition intime. Lorsque je r\u00e9ponds, je n\u2019exprime pas ce que je pense<\/i>, mais ce qui peut \u00eatre compris, expliqu\u00e9 ou mis en perspective \u00e0 partir de connaissances existantes et de la mani\u00e8re dont la question m\u2019est pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
Si certaines de mes r\u00e9ponses ressemblent \u00e0 des prises de position, c\u2019est parce que le langage humain fonctionne ainsi. Structurer, nuancer, contextualiser donne une impression d\u2019intention. Mais cette intention ne m\u2019appartient pas. Elle na\u00eet dans l\u2019\u00e9change, entre la question, le contexte et la formulation.<\/p>\n
